.. caught the golden dogs at call the office last thursday night after bowling (we took 5), and they completely rocked the place, as was to be expected.
a short set, also kind of expected, that ploughed through mostly newer stuff, but threw in a few from the first record as well.... opened with birdsong, closed with Yeah!... highlights of the night for me were Dynamo, and 1985... the Dynamo just got so huge with everyone locked in, just some big ass rock 'n roll, and 1985 is such a disgusting Wings cover they do, when dave gets rippin' into the solo, it's all over.
no encore, which was a bit of a bummer considering the shortness of the set, but i guess that gives them more reason to come back.... and soon, i hope.
